UK do not fulfill the the
regulations from Treaty of Utrecht from 1813! Britain thinks, it is "The
Empire" of the harriers..... this time should be over.
Gibraltar should became a State in the Spanish Kingdom, with own legislations, two languages like Galicia, Catalonia etc.
The
Spanish Government must understand, that they must offer the mainly
Spanish people some compensations! - Also they should offer the British
Royal Navy etc. the harbor of Rota, like they do to the USA.
